We’re currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading contractor with a strong regional presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of high-profile projects across sectors including health, education, and commercial developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead on MEP project financials from pre-construction through to final account
- Oversee commercial reporting, valuations, and risk management
- Draft and negotiate subcontracts
- Mentor and manage junior surveyors
- Work closely with senior management to support project and regional goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the construction and MEP process
- Experience with NEC and JCT contracts
- Proven track record managing cost/value reporting and subcontractor performance
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ideally degree-qualified and RICS or similar (or working towards)
- Experience working on live projects, ideally across healthcare, education, or commercial sectors
