Senior Civil Engineer â Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer / Senior Engineer (10â13 yearsâ experience) Location: Leeds Salary: ÂŁ70,000 â ÂŁ90,000 per annum Role Overview A senior, technically strong engineer who can take lead roles on complex, largeâscale infrastructure or civil design projects. Youâll manage and shape technical approaches, lead multidisciplinary coordination, mentor teams, and be responsible for highâquality outcomes across several project streams. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design for large / high value infrastructure or mixed development projects. Set standards, review design deliverables, manage complex design interfaces. Provide oversight over juniors and midâlevel engineers; technical mentoring. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, local authorities. Hold responsibility for compliance, quality, safety.
