Senior Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Mobile role covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Sheffield Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are working with a highly regarded HVAC services company that is looking to appoint a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong technical and fault-finding skills who is confident working independently across a mobile patch. The role involves service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of systems across both commercial and high-end residential sites. Ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and values a supportive, professional team environment. About the role You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive service work across a range of systems, including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF setups. The role also includes accurate fault diagnosis, repairs, and the completion of digital reports using the company’s tablet-based system. While the position is field-based, you’ll be supported by a structured and well-run back-office team. You’ll also be included in an on-call rota once you’ve completed a three-month probation period.
