THE COMPANY
Multi-Discipline Specialist Engineering Firm Based in Epsom. Services they supply to their client portfolio are: Mechanical maintenance, Fire System Maintenance, Facilities Support and Consulting. Employ over 15 engineers as a business.
The Role
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 17:30. You will be a Semi Static AC Engineer, based 3 days a week on a Data Centre (single man site) in Hounslow and 2 days a week mobile working primarily within Car Show Rooms (Audi, VW etc).
Coverage area: West London, Central London and Surrounding Counties. Note: they do not have sites in East London & Essex.
Duties
- Service and maintenance of mechanical plant and components as detailed within the asset registers of equipment and referenced on planned maintenance programmes, fundamental to the contract on a quarterly rotation basis.
- The maintenance of accurate written records for works carried out to plant on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle.
- The maintenance of accurate service records and technical reporting for works carried out to plant and equipment where these items have either failed or required emergency service.
Expected general duties:
- Maintain a high level of response and professionalism when dealing with customers on site.
- Ensure accurate recording, reporting and technical accountancy.
- Assist in the smooth running of the sites and support fellow team members in achieving the overall responsiveness and spirit of the contract.
- Carry out work that might be required to support the team in an emergency.

- Mult splits
- Associated pumps (conventional heat pumps, big water pumps)

- ACRIB Skilled Refrigerant Handler Card
- C&G/NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
