Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Manage and deliver complex remediation schemes from inception to validation.
- Commercial Tendering: Review incoming tender information, build accurate costings, and price works.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of internal environmental consultants.
- Subcontractor Management: Procure, oversee, and coordinate specialized subcontractors on-site.
- Technical Oversight: Apply excavation methodologies and implement diverse remediation techniques.
- Waste Management: Conduct waste soil classification and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, with financial incentives tied to winning and delivering work.
