Our client is a well-established Mechanical Contractor with over 20 years of experience in the industry who are based in Essex. With a current annual turnover of £7 million and projections to hit £10 million next year, they are growing steadily and sustainably. They specialise in Commercial and Healthcare refurbishment projects valued up to £2 million and employ over 30 dedicated professionals across their operations. They are now seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to join their team. Working on Static Commercial Site in London (3 - 4-month projects) - running projects up to £600k. THE JOB – PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER You will be site based, running small teams on Commercial Fit Out Projects in Central London up to a value you of £600k. Each project will generally last between 3 - 4 months. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager to support the successful delivery of plumbing and mechanical services within commercial fit-out projects across a variety of sectors (e.g., office spaces, retail, hospitality, healthcare). The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing and mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, and associated systems) with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years project management experience and come from a Plumbing background.
