We are looking for a Mechanical Small Works Estimator to join our growing team. This role would suit someone from a plumbing, heating, or mechanical background who is either recently off the tools or currently working in a coordination, supervisor, or office-based role and looking to progress further into estimating and project support.
About the Role
You will be responsible for pricing and managing small mechanical remedial works, primarily across plumbing, heating, gas, and general building services systems. Typical projects will range from £500 to £10,000 and will include reactive repairs, upgrades, replacements, and small planned works. Working closely with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and the operations team, you will review site reports and client requests to produce accurate quotations and support the smooth delivery of approved works. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical industry knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, organisation, and being involved in projects from enquiry through to completion.
