We are currently representing a well-established facilities and construction specialist, with over 10 years of successful operation across high-end commercial environments including airports, showrooms, and retail spaces. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking Multi-Trade / Carpenters to join their Small Works Division at Heathrow Airport.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideally suited to operatives who are skilled across multiple trades and enjoy working in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Carpentry and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Installing skirting, kitchens, and units
- Assembling and moving furniture or equipment
- General area clearing and cleaning
- Supporting minor construction and refurbishment works as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a construction or facilities maintenance environment
- Versatile skill set and willingness to carry out a range of tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance of Heathrow Airport
What\\\'s on Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: £20.00 - £22.00 (PAYE) based on experience

Working Hours
Day shifts: 07:45 - 16:45
Night shifts: Typically, 21:00 - 03:30/04:00
(Average 6-8 nights per month for Planned Preventative Maintenance, scheduled flexibly to meet service deadlines and access requirements.)

- Overtime paid at enhanced rates: Time and a half for night work (Monday to Saturday)
