Multi skilled Electrical Van Mobile OR Foot Mobile Engineer £45k plus travel Van Mobile or Foot Mobile (Central London) Hours of Work 08.00 – 17.00 The Company Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2. THE ROLE – Multiskilled Electrical Engineer (Van Mobile or Foot Mobile) Working on a foot mobile or van mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on a wide range of M&E equipment. Installing electrical wiring and lighting etc. Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets. Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified. Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time. Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company. QUALIFICATIONS: Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations PASMA/IPAF – Desirable.
