My client is a privately owned Mechanical Contractor based in Surrey who have been operating for 26 years.

As a business, they employ about 35 staff across the board and specialise in Fast Track Commercial Office Fit out projects in London with project values ranging from £500k – £11.5Mil.

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team.

You will be site based in London (sites are all across Central) focusing on installation and commercial fit outs for AC, ventilation and associated mechanical plant.

Project values range between £500k - £11.5mil but will generally fall between £2mil - £5mil.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services & Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including:
  • Programming
  • Technical Submittals
  • Procurement
  • Sub-contractor and Labour Management
  • Cost Control
  • Progress Reporting
  • Health & Safety
  • Project & Programme Implementation
  • Understanding of design and drawings
  • Technical & Progress Meetings
  • Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
  • Compilation of O&M Manuals

SALARY & PACKAGE

£50,000 - £70,000
Travel expenses to site covered
20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 25 Days after 2 years service)
