My client is an FM delivery company that provides all mechanical and electrical engineering solutions to their end clients across central London. They now require a foot mobile mechanical engineer to work on a commercial office space contract within Zones 1 and 2 in London.
Day to day duties:
- Working across Zones 1 and 2, moving between multiple sites on a foot basis carrying out the following:
- Expansion vessels, pressurization units, actuators, strainers, hot and cold water systems.
- Knowledge of wet systems (chillers, four and two pipe fan coil systems, AHUs, etc.)
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ/City and Guilds in heating and ventilation.
In return my client is offering the following package:
- £48/50k basic salary
- Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
- No call out rota
- Zones 1 and 2 reimbursed travel card
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
