My client are a Surrey based M&E Contractor who have been operating since the early 2000’s. With an Annual Turnover in excess of £18million, they currently employ 50 people across the business, providing services to Main Contractors and Developers in the Residential New Build Market utilising Centralised Energy Systems, Offices, Schools and leisure facilities. They are seeking a Mechanical Estimator good Residential experience to join their team. THE JOB – Mechanical Estimator Monday – Friday / 07.30 – 04.30 Duties: Analyse project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating Research and source materials, equipment, and labour costs Create detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for labour, materials, and other project expenses Review and compare supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and quality Prepare comprehensive proposals and bid packages for submission to clients Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation SALARY & PACKAGE Up to £75,000 25 Days Hols + bank Performance based Bonus scheme at the end of completed project Pension PLEASE CONTACT SEAN HITCHMAN ON 020 7932 2800 / SHITCHMAN @ RGB.CO.UK
