About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at a high-end residential development in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. This is a site-based role focused on the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a strong emphasis on Daikin equipment. The position offers a stable working environment with no call-out requirement and consistent working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on AC units efficiently
  • Service and maintain VRF systems, condensers, and apartment indoor units
  • Work predominantly on Daikin systems using on-site service checker tools
  • Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out
  • Liaise with site management and residents where required
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial or residential setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Daikin systems (essential)
  • Experience using Daikin Service Checker (highly desirable)
  • F-Gas qualification (essential)
  • Ability to fault-find and diagnose issues independently
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach

  • Salary: £50,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
