I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team within London. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients. You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repair, and emergency breakdown support of mechanical, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a diverse commercial portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on AHUs, and FCUs, Fans, pumps, motors, HVAC assets.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on a wide range of mechanical and air conditioning equipment.
- Ensure all records and site logbooks are updated accurately and remain compliant with current legislation.
- Liaise with clients and site managers to provide technical advice and updates on works.
- Utilise mobile PDA software to receive, update, and close out work orders in real-time.
- Participate in the company’s emergency out-of-hours call-out rota.
PACKAGE:
- Salaries from 43K – 48K
- Van & fuel card (with private use)
- Overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays, X2 on Sundays
