My client is a specialist plumbing, electrical and HVAC company operating across high-end residential properties in London and the M25. The team consists of 12 engineers, enabling them to provide a focused, high-quality service to prestigious clients and premium homes.

They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to work on their ultra-high-end residential contracts across London and the Home Counties to help start and build a new division.
The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPMs, fault finding, repairs and general electrical maintenance across a portfolio of luxury residential and retail properties. The role will involve working directly within prestigious homes, so a professional manner, strong communication skills and a high standard of workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics across domestic electrical systems
- Maintenance and repair of lighting systems, power circuits and electrical accessories
- Testing and inspection of electrical installations
- Carrying out remedial works and identifying potential electrical faults
- Maintenance of distribution boards, consumer units and associated electrical equipment
- Carrying out emergency lighting and general lighting maintenance
- Working on small electrical installation and alteration projects
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required electrical standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on works completed
- Liaising professionally with clients and other contractors while working within high-end residential properties
- Supporting the wider engineering team where required
Package & Benefits
- Salary: 42,000 - 48,000 depending on experience
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Travel / Working Hours: 1 hour each way given for travel time
- Holiday: 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Vehicle & Fuel Card: Company van provided; private use permitted 'within reason'
