My client are a privately owned Mechanical Contractor based in Surrey who have been operating for 26 years. As a business, they employ about 35 staff across the board and specialise in Fast Track Commercial Office Fit out projects in London with Project values ranging from £500k – £11.5Mil.

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. You will be site based in London (sites are all across Central) and are CAT A & CAT B Commercial Office Fit Outs focusing on installation and commercial fit outs for AC, ventilation and associated mechanical plant. Project Values range between £2mil - £8mil.

Experience required: Should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services & Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including:

  • Programming
  • Technical Submittals
  • Procurement
  • Sub-contractor and Labour Management
  • Cost Control
  • Progress Reporting
  • Health & Safety
  • Project & Programme Implementation
  • Understanding of design and drawings
  • Technical & Progress Meetings
  • Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
  • Compilation of O&M Manuals

SALARY & PACKAGE

£70,000 - £80,000
Travel expenses to site covered
20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 25 Days after 2 years service)
