My client is an innovative metering and billing company that provides managed service solutions for their end clients' heat network management systems.

Company Facts:

  • Been in operation for 20 years.
  • Currently employ 180 staff.
  • Provide network installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance on HIU & district heating systems.
  • Area of cover is London & the home counties.

The Role:

  • Working on a mobile basis carrying out the following:
  • Installation, servicing, commissioning, and repair of heat interface units.
  • Maintenance of various systems (HIUs, Direct heating, Unvented Cylinders, Open Vented Systems, S and Y Plan systems).
  • Working with Smart HIUs with associated software.

The Package:

  • £19.92 per hour (£41,500.00 per annum).
  • Door to door travel at £11 per hour (Based on travelling 1 hour each way a day, you would earn £5,000.00 per annum in travel time on top of basic).
  • 40-hour week.
  • Van & Fuel Card.
  • Hand tools (full package).
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
  • Private Medical (after qualifying period).
  • Stand-by rota payment of £270.00 per week.
  • All call-out paid at a premium rate of time + 1/6th and this is paid from getting the call to getting back home.
