I am currently representing a specialist Building Management Systems and Smart Buildings contractor, delivering projects across BMS & HVAC optimisation and connected building technologies. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a BMS Design Engineer to join their engineering team.

Duties:

  • Produce BMS design documentation, drawings, specifications and points schedules.
  • Design Building Management System solutions for commercial projects.
  • Support the design of MSI, metering, IoT and HVAC optimisation systems.
  • Develop system architecture and networking-led designs for connected building environments.
  • Assist in the integration of BMS with wider building systems and smart technologies.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients throughout the design process.
  • Review technical documentation, manufacturer information and system architecture.
  • Support projects from design through to delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
