We are working in partnership with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, who are continuing to grow their UK operations. Due to successful project wins and expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer to join their established team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that operates on a global scale, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple sectors.

The Role

You will be part of a dedicated commercial and industrial refrigeration division, supporting key clients within the food production and distribution sectors. Day-to-day, you will be working across fully operational production environments, focusing on:

  • Industrial refrigeration systems
  • Glycol chillers
  • Service, maintenance, and fault finding
  • Supporting large-scale plant operations
  • Ammonia project
  • Experienced commercial refrigeration engineers looking to move into industrial
  • Improver-level engineers seeking structured training and development
