Job Description
BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer – London - 50,000 An opportunity is available for an experienced BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of Building Management System projects across London and surrounding areas. This role will focus on pre-commissioning activities, panel checks, point-to-point testing, wiring verification, software readiness checks and supporting commissioning engineers to ensure projects are prepared for successful handover. The position would suit a technically capable BMS engineer with strong site experience, good attention to detail and a clear understanding of BMS controls, field devices, control panels and associated mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with Trend, Tridium or similar BMS platforms would be highly advantageous.Package and BenefitsSalary of 45,000 – 50,000 depending on experience.Monday to Friday working pattern, 40-hour week.Overtime may be available depending on project requirements.Company vehicle or car allowance25 days’ annual leave plus
