We are currently representing a BMS & Controls Specialist Company that are seeking to grow their team even further with a Junior BMS Engineer.

Salary Package: £30,000 - £42,000

Duties:

  • Assist in the design and installation of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
  • Work with senior BMS engineers to configure, test, and commission building management systems.
  • Participate in the development of system architecture, network topology, and control strategies.
  • Provide technical support for building management systems, troubleshooting problems, and recommending solutions.
  • Analyze system data and identify areas for improvement in energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and equipment performance.
  • Participate in the preparation of project documentation, including system design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BMS technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • Experience with working on Trend or Tridium
  • Driving License
  • Electrical Installation/Commissioning Experience
  • HVAC or BMS experience is desirable but not essential.
