We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join a leading specialist contractor in the foodservice and retail sector, operating as part of a growing UK division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, award-winning business delivering high-quality refrigeration services to blue-chip clients across hospitality, foodservice, and food retail environments. You’ll be working across a regional patch in the CB, IP, NR, SG & CO postcodes, carrying out installation, service, and maintenance work on a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Provide clear communication to clients on work carried out and recommendations
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid F-Gas Certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in commercial refrigeration (10+ years preferred)
  • Background working in restaurants, hospitality, or food retail environments
  • Strong knowledge of chilled and frozen commercial systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Must be based within CB, IP, NR, SG & CO postcode areas
