Industrial Refrigeration Engineer 22PH + D2D Travel – Kent ONLY Are you a experienced Indsutrial Refrigeration engineer OR Commercial Refrigeration Engineer looking to take the next step into the industrial sector? We’re working with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning who are expanding their team in the Kent area. This is a great opportunity for junior to intermediate-level engineers interested in building a long-term career in industrial systems such as ammonia, CO2 and glycol chillers. You’ll be part of a specialist division focused on the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems across food production and distribution sites. The role offers exposure to full-production environments with ongoing on-site training and mentoring from experienced industrial engineers. The Role: Service, maintenance and installation of industrial refrigeration & chiller systems Work across major production and food distribution sites Involvement in planned and reactive maintenance Full training provided for engineers transitioning from commercial background Requirements: Experience with refrigeration systems (industrial or commercial) F-Gas Certified – C&G 2079 Full UK Driving Licence A willingness to learn and develop into the industrial sector Package: Up to £22.00 per hour (based on 40-hour week) D2D Travel Paid (all travel at 1.5x rate) Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) Call Out Rota with £150 standby allowance Company Van & Fuel Card 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown Tools account, PPE, Uniform all provided Company Pension, Death-in-Service, and Sick Pay Bonus Schemes Interested in developing your career in industrial refrigeration?
