We are an established Commercial Building Maintenance company with a strong mechanical and electrical background, specialising in heating and air conditioning but also offering general maintenance services.

They are seeking an additional Commercial Gas Engineer to come in and join the team.

THE JOB – Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm

You will be working on a mobile basis, covering mainly 30 miles of Hertfordshire.

Working in an array of buildings: Care Homes, Cinemas, Hotels, Offices, Warehouses, Factories, Leisure Centres.

Duties:

  • Carrying out service and maintenance breakdowns to an array of boilers, air heaters, burners (not heavy commercial), cabinet heaters, and radiant tubes.
  • Covering annual servicing and breakdowns.
  • Must not be afraid of heights – willing to work off ladders, towers, scissor lifts, or cherry pickers if required.

SALARY & PACKAGE

Salary Range £45k to £50k

Working 08.00 to 16.00 plus travel time - 1 hour paid travel for sites within 30 miles of the office. Additional travel paid for sites further away.

Call out Rota 1 in 5 paid at £120 per week plus overtime if called out.

Company Van for work use only, iPad and uniform, mobile phone allowance, 20 days holiday, day off on birthday, Nest Pension.
