Based: Foot Mobile (Central London)
Hours of Work: 08.00 – 17.00

The Company:
Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2.
Job Purpose:
Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2 carrying out the following works:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on a wide range of equipment including boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
- Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
- Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.
Qualifications:
- Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations
- PASMA/IPAF – Desirable.
Package:
- £43/45k basic salary
- Overtime Commitment: Regular overtime, minimum of 2 Saturdays per month paid at time and a half.
