Fire Sprinkler Project Manager – £55,000 – London
We are currently representing a well-established fire suppression systems company. Due to growth, they are looking for a fire sprinkler project manager to join their team in the London area.
Salary Package:
£45,000 – £55,000

Duties
- Understand the project scope thoroughly and ensure that the project aligns with the client brief.
- Effectively manage the design process, swiftly resolving design issues to ensure smooth progress.
- Obtain and assess sub-contractor quotations, selecting the best sub-contractor for the works to maintain high-quality standards.
- Take charge of health and safety protocols, including the production of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and conducting regular site inspections.
- Hold financial responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project, ensuring it stays within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and manage site teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, sub-contractors, internal teams, and directors.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and milestones achieved.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the active fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinklers, both Residential & Commercial.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
