How to prepare for a job interview at RGB Network

✨Know Your Fire Safety Stuff

Make sure you brush up on fire safety regulations and engineering principles before the interview. Be ready to discuss how you've applied this knowledge in past projects, especially in complex environments like commercial offices or heritage buildings.

✨Show Off Your Project Experience

Prepare specific examples of high-profile projects you've worked on. Highlight your role in providing fire safety advice and how you collaborated with clients and project teams. This will demonstrate your hands-on experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

✨Communicate Clearly

Since strong communication skills are key for this role, practice explaining technical concepts in a way that's easy to understand. Think about how you would explain fire safety implications to someone without a technical background, like a property manager or solicitor.

✨Emphasise Your Team Spirit

This consultancy values a close-knit team environment, so be prepared to discuss how you work well in small teams. Share examples of how you've contributed to a supportive atmosphere and how you handle remote collaboration effectively.
