We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our mobile engineering team. This role will focus on providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support across the M3 / M40 corridor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, and fault‑finding on VRV systems
  • VRF systems
  • Split & Multi‑split systems
  • Attending breakdowns and completing repairs efficiently
  • Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public‑sector sites
  • Completing all job‑related paperwork and reports accurately
  • Representing the company professionally on customer sites

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Mobile role with paid travel time.

Salary & Package

  • Up to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Additional travel time: 1 hour paid per day
  • Anything over 9 hours per day paid at x1.5 (including travel)
  • 15 days sick pay after probation
  • Quarterly bonus scheme

  • 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • 3‑month probation period

Call‑Out

1 week in every 15 weeks with a £100 standby payment per week.
