I am currently representing a well-established fire & electrical company, who are experiencing significant growth. As a result, they are on the lookout for an electrical small works engineer to join their team.

Duties

  • Carry out small electrical installation works in communal areas of social housing properties (e.g. lighting, power, containment).
  • Install, repair, and upgrade emergency lighting systems and fire alarm interfaces where required.
  • Complete minor refurbishment projects, including rewiring and installation of new circuits in communal areas.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostics, resolving issues efficiently with minimal disruption to residents.
