My client is a specialist plumbing, electrical and HVAC company operating in high-end residential properties located in London and the South West. The team includes 12 engineers, enabling a focused, high-quality service for prestigious clients and premium homes.

They are now seeking a commercial plumber/mechanical engineer to work on their ultra-high-end residential contracts with London and the home counties. As an engineer you will be carrying out PPMs and repairs to the following ancillary equipment:

  • Valves and pumps
  • Hot and cold water systems
  • General plumbing repairs in luxury high-end residential
  • HIU maintenance
  • Tank chlorination
  • PPM maintenance

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Travel / Working Hours: 1 hour each way given for travel time
  • Holiday: 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Vehicle & Fuel Card: Company van provided; private use permitted “within reason”
  • On-Call / Standby: Rota is "1 in 6 weeks" plus standby
  • Technology: Company mobile phone & laptop provided
  • Long-service Benefits: After 2 years’ service – monthly gym membership at David Lloyd; after 3 years – healthcare benefit
