Since launching in 2020, the company has seen rapid growth across its Design, Energy & Sustainability, and Commissioning Management teams and is now developing its operations division, with a focus on Validations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of validation activities, including permits, access logistics, and RAMS, ensuring all documentation is in place and aligned with project requirements.
- Carry out thorough inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems, identifying issues, assessing performance, and documenting findings with detailed commentary and supporting photos.
- Work collaboratively within the team, effectively sharing responsibilities and providing guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors.
- Manage third-party vendors during site activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Act as a professional representative in client meetings and on-site engagements.
- Produce accurate, well-structured validation reports using Microsoft Office tools. Track progress, record actions, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and support the alignment of validation tasks with broader programme milestones.
- Feed validation outcomes into the design process by identifying required system upgrades or replacements. Support commissioning phases during project redevelopment or fit-out works.
