I am currently representing an established building services company who are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join their growing team across the North West region due to continued growth.
The company have been operating for over 25 years and specialise in delivering electrical maintenance and compliance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties including schools, councils, offices, and other commercial sites throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
You will be joining an established maintenance team carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works across commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong fault-finding experience, testing knowledge, and experience working within commercial environments.
THE ROLE- Monday – Friday – 40-hour working week
- Working across Lancashire & Greater Manchester
- Mobile role covering commercial properties including schools, offices, local authority buildings and commercial sites
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works
- EICR Testing, Emergency Lighting Testing & DB Health Checks
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Installing, upgrading and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with current electrical and health & safety regulations
- Completing maintenance reports and certification paperwork
- Candidate must be able to pass Enhanced DBS checks
- £36,000 - £43,000
- Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

- Travel time paid after 30 minutes EW
- OTT – 1.5 in week & X2 for Sundays & bank

- Full UK Driving Licence
