The Role

We’re looking for an AC Improver to join our growing team. The role will involve a mix of installation, service, and maintenance work on air conditioning equipment across a range of sites. You’ll be responsible to work alongside a fully fledged AC engineer to assist them with their duties and gain hands-on knowledge in the air conditioning sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
  • Supporting the Senior Engineer on-site across multiple project locations
  • Learning to diagnose faults and carry out basic repairs and maintenance
  • Assisting with system testing and commissioning
  • Handling tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on-site
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company standards and health & safety regulations
  • Delivering a professional, customer-focused approach always

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified in AC with FGAS Cat 1 certificate
  • 1 – 5 years’ experience
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence
