About the Role
My clienthave an exciting opportunity for a Air Conditioning improver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a enthusiasm to further enhance their career in air conditioning with on site training and professional development through the company.
You will be learning first hand and responsible for servicing, and maintenance across a range of commercial and residential systems. You’ll be trusted to work independently and alongside fully-fledged engineers, represent the company professionally on-site, and gain firsthand experience within the air conditioning industry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
Chance to develop skills in Diagnosing and repairing of faults efficiently and accurately
Technical diagnosis
Training on Service Checkers
Provide clear and accurate job documentation using provided tablet and software system (ATOM)
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations
Maintain a high standard of customer service on every visit
Participate in on-call rota after successful training and development
Requirements
FGAS Category 1 qualified (essential)
Full, clean UK driving license (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive salary: up to 30k dependant on experience.
Company bonus scheme where you can earn to up £1,200.00 per quarter (£4.8k annually)
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 days after 3 years’ service)
10 hours door to door day (you are to start and finish your day within 10 hours D2D)
