Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
- Conduct detailed material take-offs and assist in procurement
- Manage and track project costs, variations, and valuations
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation
- Prepare interim and final accounts
- Contribute to project planning and value engineering initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract management
- Experience working in an airport or highly regulated environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (HNC/HND/Degree)
- CSCS card (an advantage)
- Security clearance for Heathrow Airport (or ability to obtain) - all training costs and development associated with operating for the company / within the Airport is provided by the business.
