They identify user needs, interpret client challenges and define visual language, always mindful of how it looks and how it behaves.
As a Visual Designer at R/GA, you’ll contribute to concepts, design strategies and systems, and partner with senior team members to create visual design artifacts. We are looking for a mix of conceptual thinking, design craft and flair to create meaningful and memorable work.
Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Visual Designer at R/GA:
- Create best in class design outputs in line with agency standards.
- Create designs such as user interface, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography and assist with presentation narratives.
- Concept and collaborate with strategy, creative, UX and technology to execute design work.
- Work closely with senior team members to execute the design craft and creative vision.
- Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.

- 3/4+ years of commercial agency experience or similar.
- Solid foundation in design fundamentals and methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Keynote.
- Prototyping experience.
- Motion design experience is a plus.
