We're looking for 4 experienced Mechanical Pipefitters to work on major energy-centre, plantroom and district-heating projects. You'll install, modify, test and commission large-bore carbon steel and stainless-steel pipework, working from engineering drawings across commercial, industrial, healthcare and public-sector sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing mechanical pipework including welded, screwed, flanged and grooved systems
- Fitting valves, pumps, heat exchangers and thermal stores
- Working on energy centres, boiler houses and plantrooms
- Pressure testing, flushing and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ensuring all work meets quality, compliance and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Pipefitter
- Strong background in large-bore carbon steel & stainless-steel pipework
- Ability to work from engineering and fabrication drawings
- Experience in energy centres, plantrooms or district-heating systems
- Knowledge of LTHW, MTHW, CHW, DHW systems
- NVQ Level 2/3, CSCS Skilled Worker Card, Full UK Driving Licence
