The predicted salary is between 35 - 35 £ per hour.
Our client, a large public sector provider, is looking for an Electrical Supervisor.
South Birmingham | £25 to £35 per hour.
Start date: 3 months initially, with potential extension.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
- Responding to technical queries regarding responsive repairs, EICR responses, and other electrical and security services.
- Managing, validating and monitoring the council's compliance service and cyclical testing documentation records across the council's housing assets, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practice.
- Ensuring the performance management system is followed to achieve effective compliance against agreed KPIs for each contract.
- Coordinating day-to-day electrical contracts to support the Electrical Compliance Manager; all work is via partnering contractors, as there are no internal electricians.
