Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a growing facilities management team covering sites across Leeds, Castleford, and Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable role with plenty of overtime opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
  • Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain and service water coolers.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
  • Complete all relevant service reports and maintenance documentation.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer within a similar environment.
  • Experience working within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
  • Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualification (minimum).
  • Valid F-Gas certification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE.
  • Overtime readily available and paid at 1.5x and 2x rates.
  • Call-out rota: 1 in 6.
  • £110 standby payment.
  • Minimum 4-hour call-out payment.
