Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor based in Cornwall who is expanding their team on an ongoing basis. They would like to appoint some additional Plumbers in to their Planned Maintenance team.

The company specialise in carrying out planned works such as Bathroom and Wet room fitting - full rip out and replacement - working in occupied social housing local authority homes, covering the central areas of Cornwall: Truro and Redruth, as well as down to Penzance and across to Newquay.

The position offers security and longevity as, ideally, they would like to appoint people on a temp to perm basis, offering a permanent contract after the completion of 12 short weeks. If you are PAYE and directly employed, you will be offered a company van from day 1 with a fuel card and uniform as well. The rates are competitive.

Essential:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous bathroom fitting experience
  • Multi skilled with the ability to tile and do basic carpentry e.g. boxing in pipework
  • Experience of working in occupied homes
