Must have NPORS with valid traffic marshall experience
The duties of a traffic marshall include:
- Improving site security
- Directing vehicles to designated parking areas to minimize congestion
- Assessing risks on a construction site
- Developing strategies to improve vehicle movements without compromising safety
- Maintaining security and surveillance on-site
- Recording deliveries and managing visitor logbook
- Conducting visitor safety briefings and ensuring that the correct PPE is worn
- Ensuring that drivers and workers adhere to health and safety regulations on-site
- Facilitating the movement of cranes, dump trucks, and heavy vehicles on-site
