We are looking for an experienced Technical/ Hard Services Managerwith a strong electrical and technical background to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician who has progressed into a supervisory or management position, bringing strong technical knowledge alongside proven leadership experience within commercial buildings or a similar facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across the site.
Provide leadership and direction to supervisors, team leaders and frontline staff.
Use your electrical background and technical knowledge to support operational decision-making and identify potential issues.
Monitor and understand Building Management Systems (BMS) and respond appropriately to alarms, faults and building performance issues.
Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Manage resources effectively to meet daily operational requirements.
Lead operational briefings and effective shift/service handovers.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders and contractors.
Manage operational issues, incidents and escalations.
