Our client is looking for a Building Surveying Manager to be in the North West.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Northern operating area, you will lead a small team of surveyors, overseeing the delivery of investment programmes, building surveying and diagnostics.
- Developing specifications and scopes of work, ensuring compliance checks and remedials are discharged.
- Contributing to all things property.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to deliver effective, efficient, and compliant surveying services.
- Be the link between strategy and delivery.
Head office is in Derby and you will be required to attend the office 2 times per week.
Pay: 65000 per annum plus 7000 car allowance.
