I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a main contractor based in London. The Main Contractor primarily builds within residential and commercial sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between 1 - 5 million. Projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, basement and fit out projects.
The project is a 1.5 million new build development of 14 low rise flats in Surrey / South West London. The project is currently at 2nd fix stage with a completion date of September 2026.
The Candidate: must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager. Responsibilities include sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raising permits, conducting toolbox talks, working to tight deadlines, and influencing health and safety standards.
