Working hours: Early: 8am-5pm
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of buildings
- Plumbing maintenance
- Electrical maintenance
- Assisting other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work
- Fault finding
- Fire Alarm
- HVAC
- PPM and Reactive work
