Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial and school construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to achieve programme milestones.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager and senior management team.
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Oversee snagging, commissioning, and project handover processes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and local authorities.
- Control site documentation, permits, RAMS, and construction records.
- Identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays and cost impacts.
