Experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering commercial new-build and educational construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong ability to liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders throughout the construction life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial and school construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to achieve programme milestones.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager and senior management team.
  • Manage site logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee snagging, commissioning, and project handover processes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and local authorities.
  • Control site documentation, permits, RAMS, and construction records.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays and cost impacts.
