Setsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across the UK.
Salary: Β£25-28/hr

Role overview (summary):
- Lead and manage all hard service disciplines, ensuring PPM and reactive tasks are completed in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs, while optimising systems and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Provide operational and line management to engineering teams, including training, mentoring, PDA usage, maintaining training matrices, and driving productivity and development.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring RAMS are reviewed, permits issued, works completed to contractual requirements, and certification uploaded to Maximo, SharePoint, and site files.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, support the FM team, contribute to monthly reporting, attend client meetings, and enhance service delivery through a One Team ethos.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
