Site Manager - 33kV Grid Connection / Solar Farm Project We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of ICP works associated with a 33kV grid connection for a major solar farm project. Acting on behalf of the Principal Contractor, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of all civils and electrical installation activities associated with the HV connection works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in utility infrastructure, HV cable installations, ICP connections or renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day site activities across the project. Coordinate civils and electrical subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Lead site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks. Monitor productivity and resource levels. Manage interfaces between multiple contractors and stakeholders. Undertake site inspections, audits and safety reviews. Ensure RAMS, permits and safe systems of work are implemented. Oversee delivery of cable route excavations, joint bays, ducting, earthing systems, reinstatement and associated civils works.
