The business has a long-standing reputation for quality delivery and works across a varied portfolio including care homes, refurbishment, local authority schemes, steel frame warehouses, factory extensions and leisure centres.
The role:
- Sole responsibility for the delivery of projects typically valued up to £4-5m
- Day-to-day management of site operations, programme and quality
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating all on-site activities
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations and company procedures
- Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
About you:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects up to £4-5m
- Background in commercial, industrial, refurbishment or similar projects
- Confident managing sites autonomously
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable and delivery-focused
