I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £1.2 million retail fit out project in Oxford.
The Candidate: must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
The scope of works includes:
- HVAC installation and commissioning
- Electrical installations
- Data and structured cabling
- Fire alarm and fire protection systems
- Shopfitting and retail fit-out works
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Health & Safety management
- Quality control and programme management
- Daily site supervision and reporting
We are seeking a Site Manager with previous experience in retail fit-out and shopfitting projects, ideally with experience coordinating MEP services and fast-track retail programmes. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black Card & First Aid qualified. My client is looking to pay a competitive hourly rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
